Resolves YES if the National Communications Authority (NCA) or the Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations officially publishes or announces that 5G population coverage in Ghana is 70% or higher, measured as of any date on or before 6 March 2027. Sources: - NCA published statistics or official press release - Official Ministry statement with a specific percentage - GSMA Intelligence data, if neither of the above publishes a figure
